I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located right across the street from the state capitol building. The rooms were stunning with a beautiful view of Lake Monona and the Capitol, though the beds could be improved for comfort. The staff was incredibly helpful, making my experience quite pleasant. However, the breakfast options were priced a bit high for my taste, and I did encounter some noise issues from the AC unit during my stay.

However, I did have some issues with the front desk staff during check-in, as they seemed a bit curt and unhelpful. Overall, the experience was pretty positive, with a stunning view of the capital that made it worthwhile.
My stay at the hotel was quite the mixed bag. The Presidential Suite was stunning with spectacular views, but the service during check-in was a real headache. The amenities were fantastic, but I did face some issues with late housekeeping and a long wait for the bathtub to fill. Overall, despite the few drawbacks, I would definitely consider returning for the great location and spacious suites.
